My sister and I recently used Richard's agency, Coastline Agency to sell my mother's house. It was a successful venture as we received over the expected figure in less than the expected time. As he predicted the sale did not make it to auction. It was sold in the second week of the open house period, largely due to Richard's keen marketing skills.
