Richard did not give up even though the property was difficult to sell and he finally sold it for a great price after consistent hard work. It upsets me that my ex-husband feels the need to publicly take his anger out on Richard. This is a reference for Richard and the Coastline team. They are a 5 star agency. I didn’t listen to Richard's professional advice when he got me an offer of $150,000 more and told me to accept it before the election. Unfortunately I listened to other people when in fact I should have listened to Richard. Thank you Richard for flying to Lismore and personally handling my transaction and taking my phone calls which were all between 9pm-11pm from my hospital bed. No consultation on what was happening with my property and handed everything to my ex wife, no communication after getting me to sign a blank form then filling in shady info giving that gold digging ex of mine (who happens to be a friend of his family) full control of monies paid from the sale despite knowing full well that we were separated. Also engaging a lawyer himself to action the disbursement of funds without my knowing. Also forging my signature on the sale. A definite conflict of interest and I have initiated legal proceedings after he explicitly reassured me nothing would happen without my knowledge. Don't EVER deal with this Richard Movsessian!

This was the second time we have sold through Richard and Coastline. Both times we have found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the local market and very strategic in his approach to obtaining the best sale price.
