We were delighted with our result and cannot speak highly of David and our experience in what is a difficult transaction; to sell ones home. We met with David late last year to discuss the sale of our property and received some good advice from David in preparing our property for auction which included a list of works; anticipated costs and a timetable to work towards prior to auction. During the sales campaign, David kept us up to date with a detailed analysis of each inspection and we were able to appreciate and understand the interest in the property as well as the likely buyer profile.
