Very impressive from the very beginning
I first spoke to Julie on the phone after my rental agent put me in touch with her. She promptly called me up and I was greeted by a very positive, enthusiastic yet soothing and refreshing voice as I was in a rush to make a sale on my property. Julie organised to visit me at my home after hours which suited me perfectly after my working day. When she arrived Julie swiftly and confidently ran me through everything I needed to know and put my mind at ease that she had everything under control and she kept to her word. My sale went through perfectly and I could not have been happier. From initial contact through marketing, negotiations and eventually sale it was all done without too much hassle. Honest Industry professional
Having been in the property game for over 20 years, chosjng an agent was always going to be a process. Ben was an agent that we’d met at many open houses around the area when we started looking to buy. He was courteous, professional and listened to our requirements. Ben stayed in touch, regularly and without being pushy throughout our search. Master marketer
Ben sold us a newly built house in Annandale. He did a superb job marketing the property. Ben created an amazing hardback book featuring the property and he was proactive in showing us the property at odd hours and answering all of our questions. He know everything about the house! He was proactive without being pushy. Once we bought it, Ben continued to go beyond the call of duty in helping us get established. He created a binder with all the appliance service manuals, he provided contacts for local services, he generally took us under his wing. Quite impressive when you realise that we were the buyer not his client the seller. He is passionate about what he does, has great attention to detail, is personal and professional. I highly recommend Ben to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.
