When we selected Ben to be our agent, one thing stood out - his ability to collect and read data which takes the emotions out of the sales process. When the time came to sell, it was obvious that we did miss the good market by a few months and it was a very hard decision. Ben was always very transparent and honest about the market and he even came up with alternative solutions to selling the property. These proposed solutions and his data made us realising that it was better to sell rather than waiting for the market "to turn" again. I know I made the right decision of choosing Ben also because still to this date he calls us to check how we are going and to provide unsolicited advise on the next property purchase (we don't live in the area anymore). I would also rate him 5 stars on emotional intelligence and data analysis.
