Am really glad that I happened to choose Alvin as my agent. Since the day I appointed him as my agent , he took over the sales process and I didn’t have to worry about anything . Promptly guided what are the improvements to be done to the house and gave a realistic view about the ideal price for the house. He engaged the best trades to do the necessary fixes/improvements and got the work done with at most perfection. Within few days of going to the market we had an offer and the house got sold. I don’t think this sale would have been so smooth if it was any other agent.

Alvin was incredibly honest and genuinely worked hard to settle on a fair price for both buyer and vendor. He has great knowledge of the property and surrounding area which he was able to demonstrate to us in a professional manner. We couldn't recommended Alvin more highly when looking for a top level real estate agent.

I was a bit concerned about selling my property, coz it was made with hard earned money and didn't wanted to just sell it anyways. When we met Alvin he gave us the confidence and made us especially me that your property will be sold at the good price. We had to go to Brisbane to attend a friend's daughter's wedding, Alvin took care of everything, from marketing to bringing it out for sale and before we knew our property was sold. The entire process was so smooth. Alvin is very good with his communication and replies you instantly and has answers for all your queries. I strongly recommend Alvin.
