We had wonderful experience with Alvin from Confidence real estate who helped us through the sale of our first home in Throsby . He is a very friendly, reliable and professional person with wealth of knowledge and experiences in the Canberra property market. He provided a very fair and realistic assessment of the market and our property in terms of setting our expectations for price and timings. Our house had only one open house inspection and sold within 2 days and we achieved the price we wanted . This is all due to Alvin’s exceptional strategies to attract buyers interest on the property and due to his negotiating abilities. His service charge is also reasonable with compared to others Agents around in Canberra.
