Tania was so helpful when we purchased recently. No question was too much trouble. Throughout the process she was always reachable and happy to answer any question or find an answer for us. She was a conduit between us and the builder to help address any future improvement ideas we wanted to discuss about the new build. She found the right engagement balance; not too pushy but always available when we needed support. If we were planning to move again we'd definitely go to her, but we're really happy with the house we purchased.

We chose Haven property to sell our Bokarina apartment primarily because we have used James to sell on 2 prior occasions and we trust James without any reservation whatsoever. On this occasion we had to lower our price expectation but this is where the market is now heading and we knew that. The apartment took a little over 6 weeks to sell, but this is favourable given other apartments within the complex are still unsold after many months.
