About Carmen

Having been established within our local community for many years, Coomera Realty is known to be a highly successful, locally owned and operated family business and Coomera Realty is proud to have Principal Geoff Benson’s eldest daughter Carmen as the Office Administrator and experienced Senior Property Manager; also supporting the Sales Team. Carmen has been with Coomera Realty since it opened the doors on the Oxenford office in 2003 and has worked in every department of the Agency over the past 19 years. With nearly 2 decades of knowledge and on the ground experience in a busy local agency, and being a local herself for 3 decades; Carmen can provide in depth advice and opinions on market value in both rentals and sales and achieve your real estate goals and meet your expectations with finesse and dedication. Carmen provides administration support to both the Property Management and Sales Departments in regards to appraisals, listing documents, leasing documents, contracts, online marketing and social media marketing. Carmen also assists with routine inspections and maintenance on rental properties and client liaison with landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers.

Attention to detail

Absolute attention to detail

Renting out our home was not an easy decision, but we feel so much more comfortable knowing Coomera Realty and Venessa Botha are taking care of things for us.
