We first met Sophie at an open home for a different property. We were immediately impressed with her professional yet friendly demeanor and how the property was presented. It wasn't the right house for us, but we were pleasantly surprised when Sophie greeted us at a private inspection of 18 Currawong Crescent a few days prior to the first open home. We fell in love with the house and put in an offer straight away. Sophie was more than happy to sit with us after hours to draft the paperwork and was really patient even when our 3 month old wasn't! Sophie was wonderful throughout the whole process, especially when those unavoidable hiccups arose. She handled each hurdle with a level of professionalism that is second to none, all the while keeping us updated and informed at every step. When there was a problem, Sophie presented us with options that suited both parties and allowed for a relatively seamless move.
