Sophie is amazing. From first contact she was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. I cannot fault her service and follow up. Sophie kept me informed regularly of the progress she was making with the sale of my house, open for inspections etc. Sophie presented me with a contract within 3 weeks of listing with her. I highly recommend Sophie to both buyers and sellers and wouldn't hesitate to utilise her services in the future and will also be recommending to all my family and friends.

I cannot rate Sophie highly enough. She was very knowledgeable, dedicated and communicated well. She was very patient and thorough in explaining to me what selling a house entailed. She was very competent and worked hard to get the best results for me. Behind that bright and bubbly persona is a kind and caring person who will go the extra mile for her clients. I highly recommend her.

Sophie not only looks after her client, the seller, she is also professional and helpful with the purchaser. We bought a house through Sophie and she stepped through the entire process with us and the seller together. She was focused, professional, friendly and courteous the whole way through. When it is time for us to sell, I will definately be looking at Sophie to sell for us. Job well done.

The minute I spoke to Sophie I knew she had my families best interest. She knew that I was very burnt from ray white real estate after going through a horriable experience and she just made this process of buying a house so easy and stress free. Thank you so much Sophie not only you found us a prefect home but also treating my family like your own. Highly recommended to everyone I talk too. I will even now move my rental houses to use Coomera reality.

Sophie is an amazing agent and we thoroughly recommend her. She goes above and beyond to sell your property, provides real and accurate advice, and does it all with a smile. Very happy with the hard work she did for us.

I can recommend Sophie to sell your home because she sold mine only about 2 weeks after listing, and at a price we were happy with. Sophie's 2way comunication skills are outstanding and her enthusiasm and integrity are flawless. Her local knowledge Is superior to the other agents which gave me appraisals and her marketing plan best suited the property. Sophie kept us fully informed on progress, right through till settlement and even watered our lawn and organised a gardener. This was specially important because I live in Perth W.A. Thanx again Sophie, Regards and Cheers Peter and Glenda Wellman

We first met Sophie at an open home for a different property. We were immediately impressed with her professional yet friendly demeanor and how the property was presented. It wasn't the right house for us, but we were pleasantly surprised when Sophie greeted us at a private inspection of 18 Currawong Crescent a few days prior to the first open home. We fell in love with the house and put in an offer straight away. Sophie was more than happy to sit with us after hours to draft the paperwork and was really patient even when our 3 month old wasn't! Sophie was wonderful throughout the whole process, especially when those unavoidable hiccups arose. She handled each hurdle with a level of professionalism that is second to none, all the while keeping us updated and informed at every step. When there was a problem, Sophie presented us with options that suited both parties and allowed for a relatively seamless move. We were very impressed with the service and wouldn't hesitate in calling upon Sophie and the team at Coomera Realty in future. Thanks heaps Sophie!
