Sophie is a very impressive young woman, with great real estate market knowledge and a particular strength in marketing. As an agent and a person, she was charming and professional. She's ambitious and feisty when needed, and friendly, and caring throughout the stressful process of selling a house. In my case, Sophie managed to not only find me the perfect buyer who loved my house as much as I did, but she also hussled to find them a buyer for their place (within a day or two!), so the sale wouldn't be held up! Amazing! Communication was great the majority of the time. A couple of glitches during the process, but- to be fair- she is very busy and was picking up lots of sales at the time, and was in the process of finding herself a new assistant. So completely forgivable- but the only reason it's a 4 star, not a 5 star rating for communication. Sophie is a lovely person, as well as a great agent. It was a pleasure working with her! Highly recommend!
