Myself and my wife looked at a house that Sophie Watts was selling and within 2 days Sophie had a buyer for our house and within a week both sellers and buyers contract had been signed. We would recommend Sophie Watts from Coomera Realty to everyone. Not only did we get the house of our dreams but she found a buyer for our house within days. Best agent on the Gold Coast.
Sophie Watts
Sophie was the best agent i could have asked for. Very professional and organised. Sophie was friendly and made me feel at ease. Our house was sold quickly without any dramas. Thank you Sophie.

Sophie helped me get the house I wanted even though there was a lot of demand for the house. She went out of her way to make things happen with a smile and a great attitude. Always ready to help and make me feel at ease.

Sophie got us a price that was well above my expectation (about $20k) and what other realestate agents had quoted to us. The sale was quick, easy and painless. She was slightly more expensive than other quotes we received but it was WELL WORTH IT!!

Sophie went above and beyond when selling our family home. Sophie was very knowledgeable on the market in our area, which helped when selling our house. Would highly recommend Sophie to anyone wanting to selling in the northern Gold Coast area

I was really happy with Sophie she was very helpful and just a lovely person. Thank so much.
Sophie Watts
Sophie was exceptionally valuable with the sale of our house as she understood our specific requirements as a vendor, and appreciated the property's key attributes. She was extremely helpful and provided astute insight to all the queries we had, making the selling process easy and seamless. The way in which she presented the house was the key reason we believe we obtained the great price we did. Not only did she present the house extremely well, but her kind, friendly and professional manner allowed her to be approachable to all interested parties. We would definitely recommend her as an agent, as we will be using her again for the selling of all our future properties.
Sophie Watts
The only problem we had with Sophie was that we didn't get her to sell all of our properties, Sophie is what i would call the Property Queen, the knowledge of the current market is second to none. Sophie presented us an offer after listing for less than a week, the offer we received we didn't even have to counter. Just do not go anywhere else!!
Sophie Watts
Sophie was a huge help for us as first time buyers. We went into three contracts with Sophie's help, the first two fell over unfortunately, but Sophie was so determined to get us into our home that she was instantly innovatively looking for the next solution. Sophie's positive attitude, market knowledge and honesty throughout a stressful buy were invaluable. We will definitely contact Sophie when we are ready to buy or sell again.

I have both purchased a house, and sold a house with Sophie and I couldn't have been happier with her. As a first home buyer I was full of questions and had Jo idea of the process. Sophie was incredibley informative and made the process so easy, it was hard to believe. If I'm ever to buy or sell again I know there is only one agent I will use. I couldn't recommend anyone more.
