I needed a 6 month settlement as I had to sell my house. Craig arranged it quickly. At settlement day he arranged temporary accommodation for the seller to facilitate our move. He paid for house cleaning and a replacement garage key. He even brought a bottle of celebratory bubbles. Great bloke
