Craig has developed a thorough housing sales knowledge of the local South Coast region. As a vendor, I found him to be personable and as he inspects your property, he will instantly examine what positive house features will make the house attractive to potential buyers. In contrast, another local agent came in with a negative attitude looking for any weaknesses in the property which is not a good way to start. Craig enjoys engaging with vendors and and buyers and his key philosophy is to treat each party with respect.
