He has brilliant suggestions as he is able to 'think outside the box', is very proactive and always happy to help, even if it means rolling up his own sleeves ( and, in our case, even his wife's!) and get dirty! He is absolutely a 'hands on' man who genuinely cares! We were very impressed with all he did for us and very pleased with the outcome of the sale.

As Craig is the owner/operator of Cooper Coastal Properties he is not looking at the clock for the 5 o'clock finish nor at how many days off he can have, unlike others working as employees on a wage/commission. His willingness to meet with vendors and or possible purchasers at any time is a huge plus and certainly helped us 'get over the line' with our sale. His local knowledge is exemplary and he communicates in a clear, concise and correct manner and is always willing to listen to the opinion of others.
