Our relationship with Craig was short, sweet and very professional. I mention short, because we only met a few times face to face ( Covid 19). Craig was always jovial, thoughtful and never pushy! He was extremely helpful, telling us what we needed to do as a next step in buying the house for Mum and also in small things that we needed to do around the house (clean the gutters!!!). He gave us the name of a carpenter to build up the steps, he even went as far as having the carpet industrially cleaned for Mum as it had not been professionally cleaned by the last owner.
