Living interstate I was a little apprehensive placing my property into the hands of an agent I would not be able to meet face-to-face. I needn't have been the least bit concerned. Jem worked tirelessly and diligently to have my property sold quicker than I expected, and was able to achieve a sale price more than I had expected. Jem was contactable at any time which was extremely useful as I work full-time and am not always available during 'normal' working hours. And Jem was always in contact with me to let me know what was happening with the open houses, contract negotiations, and through the conveyancing process.
