As soon as we met Trent we knew we wanted him to help us sell our house. He is very personable with a great sense of humour whilst being professional with a great knowledge of the local market. He was realistic with what we could expect to sell for (no over inflating the price to get our business). After a great advert and one home open we had offers, one which we accepted, and tomorrow is settlement day. In the end we sold for more than we thought we would! From listing to settlement, he has been super helpful in keeping us and our buyers informed. We would highly recommend Trent to anyone considering selling.
