As a first home buyer I expected the buying process to be daunting and stressful. Lauren with her knowledge and professionalism however made the whole buying process stress free and easy for me. From helping to organise my pest and building inspections and organising extra viewings, there really wasn’t much I had to worry about. She was always available to answer my many questions (even outside standard office hours) and had solid knowledge of the house/Property.

Trent didn't try to SELL us the house, he told us the facts. He answered all of our questions about the property, finance and house prices in the area. He let us be to think about our choices and make up our own mind without undue pressure. During times of frustration with unforeseen financial delays he remained cool, calm and collected and with us every step of the way, reassuring us and the home owners, that all would be well. Trent knows the market incredibly well in the area we sold. We did a lot of research before asking him to sell our family home and we were not disappointed. He was honest and open with us throughout the process - cannot fault his communication at all. He even offered advice on the purchase of our new place when we called him up with our worries and concerns. Overall I can see why he is selling as many homes as he is and I am so glad he sold ours! It was a pleasure Tmac!! ☺️
