I just wanted to leave a review for Lauren @ Coulson's. I've never sold a house before but dealing with Lauren made it easy. Lauren had a great understanding of the property market and was amazing to deal with. She communicated with me every step of the way and was always more than happy to give advise and answer any questions I had. The house was listed on the Monday and we accepted an offer on the Thursday (less than 2 hours after the first home open!) for well above the asking price. For anyone wanting to buy of sell in the area, Lauren is your girl!!! Thank you so much, you're a star!
