I just wanted to leave a review for Lauren @ Coulson's. I've never sold a house before but dealing with Lauren made it easy. Lauren had a great understanding of the property market and was amazing to deal with. She communicated with me every step of the way and was always more than happy to give advise and answer any questions I had. The house was listed on the Monday and we accepted an offer on the Thursday (less than 2 hours after the first home open!) for well above the asking price. I have tried to sell my unit 3 times with other agents to no avail. Lauren finally sold my unit in no time at all! The property I had, had been a headache I wanted gone for years, she was the 1 to recommend price, advertising and it all equated to a successful sale!
