The agents ingoing condition report for the rental property I moved into was wildly inaccurate. The agents report described a pristinely clean property, but I found countless discrepancies in the level of cleanliness and overall condition - about half of the items in the report I disagreed with. For example the “professionally cleaned” carpet had multiple stains and makings that weren’t noted in the report. Almost every wall was covered in residues and hand prints. The shower contained mould and long hair. The “Secure” towel rack was broken at one end. The list could go on and on with all the discrepancies. I don’t want to be held responsible for these or be required to clean to a higher level at the end of my lease. Still working through these discrepancies with CPPM now. Comms and everything else previously were all good but overall disappointed in my move in experience with CPPM given the above.

CCPM have been highly professional and personalized in their approach to managing our rental property. Kayla Burns is very efficient, and shows an excellent understanding of the changing market and the needs of landlords. Commuication is always timely, and consistently prompt liaising with service providers on behalf of tenants and of us and excellent processes and support with tenancy changeovers. We had a genuinely positive experience with CPPM, especially with Nicky. From the very beginning, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a small welcome gift when we moved in. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel valued as tenants. Whenever we raised concerns about noise, the issue was taken seriously and handled professionally. Communication was always smooth, clear, and timely — we never had to chase for updates. Routine inspections were conducted in a respectful and friendly manner. Always polite, professional, and considerate of our privacy. When our fridge had an issue, it was replaced very quickly without unnecessary delays, which we really appreciated. Overall, Nicky is genuinely kind, responsible, and efficient. It’s rare to encounter property management that is both professional and truly caring. We are very grateful for her support.
