Very supportive and helpful!
CPPM have been very welcoming and understanding, accepting multiple revisions to the Condition Report, working with the owner to supply a worn-in key when new-cut keys stuck in a lock, and working with Harvey Norman to facilitate installation of a new washer/dryer combo.

So kind and always helpful
I have had 2 agents in the time I have rented within a complex, but they have both been amazing. Nicky, my current agent, has truly been so kind and so helpful in making sure any of my concerns are addressed. She also ensured I had a comfortable and smooth transition when I moved from one property to another, which made things 1000times easier on me. Thank you to the team and especially Nicky for really being so kind to a young girl like me

Amazing communication

Yevonne and her team took the stress out of what can be a difficult process.
Communications were clear and efficient and their cooperation to accommodate arrangements made organising the move go smoothly. Follow up service has been most helpful with ironing out some of the small issues that always arise in the course of moving.
