The property I rented from your agency was poorly maintained. The cleaning was done done for name sake and poor communication from the property manager. Totally disappointed with you guys. I feel like I fallen into a trap. We have newly arrived to Australia and am deeply saddened with the property I got. I appreciate if you can end the contract and let us go from here.

We bought a property that will need to be renovated. We were told that it would take at least a year to get proposals and applications sorted. I was wondering whether it would be worthwhile getting a tenant in to help with expenses while we are waiting, as well as occupying the property to deter unwelcome visitors. CPPM was fantastic in their advice, keeping costs down and getting a tenant in surprisingly quickly.
