CPPM Property and Sales have handled two investment properties for me for several decades. With the recent conclusion of an eight-year tenancy at one of these properties, Portfolio Manager/Leasing Consultant Kirra made the entire process a very smooth transition involving negotiation with the outgoing tenants, tradespeople to freshen up the property, advertising the property for re-lease and a very quick turnover to a wonderful new tenant. Kirra has comprehensive market knowledge, is a brilliant communicator and manager and is entirely professional at all times. I felt very comfortable and well-informed throughout the re-letting process. In all my years of association with CPPM I have been extremely satisfied with their management of my properties.
