Ruth arranged for tradespeople to assess the damage and provide a quote to correct the problem to industry standards. She then managed the completion of the works on time and budget. I have worked with Adam for a long time now and have never had any issues. Our property is well looked after, always tenanted and any issues that come up are dealt with in a very respectful and efficient manner taking both the interests of tenants and landlord into account.
