We bought a property that will need to be renovated. We were told that it would take at least a year to get proposals and applications sorted. I was wondering whether it would be worthwhile getting a tenant in to help with expenses while we are waiting, as well as occupying the property to deter unwelcome visitors. Our property was damaged by a freak rain storm, which required building work to correct. Ruth arranged for tradespeople to assess the damage and provide a quote to correct the problem to industry standards. She then managed the completion of the works on time and budget. I have worked with Adam for a long time now and have never had any issues. Our property is well looked after, always tenanted and any issues that come up are dealt with in a very respectful and efficient manner taking both the interests of tenants and landlord into account.
