I came to Charlotte Peterswald Property Management after a prior agent had dropped the ball and missed some basic maintenance that could have lead to more serious building damage. Upon engaging CPPM to manage the property, they had their trades attend immediately and for a fair price, with no issues to date since. Rent has been paid and the place has been tenanted trouble free.

I have just begun a tenancy managed by Charlotte Peterswald in Tasmania. After submitting my initial condition report, I noticed something wrong and messaged my agent. They were very quickly able to organise tradesmen to come out and inspect the issue and were able to have a non-urgent issue sorted very quickly at my request. They were very communicative around the process and ensuring I was happy with the outcome :)

Normally, I have nothing but praise for the outstanding work your employees do . However, in the finding a new Lessee for the above property, there were times when your emails were not getting through to me. I had to call several times to find out what was happening. I realise Kayla is working from home but the system should be streamlined.
