I have just begun a tenancy managed by Charlotte Peterswald in Tasmania. After submitting my initial condition report, I noticed something wrong and messaged my agent. They were very quickly able to organise tradesmen to come out and inspect the issue and were able to have a non-urgent issue sorted very quickly at my request. Normally, I have nothing but praise for the outstanding work your employees do . However, in the finding a new Lessee for the above property, there were times when your emails were not getting through to me. I had to call several times to find out what was happening. I realise Kayla is working from home but the system should be streamlined.
