The whole process with Charlotte and Peterswald has been very easy and professional. Was based in Sydney so could not view the property myself. Casey and the team went above and beyond to help with the virtual inspection, made sure the property was vacated and ready before our move in date. Bravo to Casey for helping throughout the process. We have been with CPPM for over 14 years now and have never had any trouble. They have always found the right match tenant for us so far. They look after both landlord and tenant. After a tenancy finished of our fully furnished two bedroom property near Christmas we decided to renovate the bathroom. That took three months. When making the property available again there was little interest so after discussing with CPPM we had to reduce our expectations to meet the market. After nearly two months we were fortunate that CPPM secured a 12 month lease in what has become a tough market with few tenants able to pay higher rent. Well done on the persistence!
