We have been with CPPM for over 14 years now and have never had any trouble. They have always found the right match tenant for us so far. They look after both landlord and tenant. Any issues are dealt with in a very timely manner. We are very happy with their services. The administrative system is easy and hassle free. We can highly recommend using CPPM.
CPPM Property Management and Sales
After a tenancy finished of our fully furnished two bedroom property near Christmas we decided to renovate the bathroom. That took three months. When making the property available again there was little interest so after discussing with CPPM we had to reduce our expectations to meet the market. After nearly two months we were fortunate that CPPM secured a 12 month lease in what has become a tough market with few tenants able to pay higher rent. Well done on the persistence!

The employees at CPPM really helped me find a nice place that suited my needs in the right location. They were able to effectively listen to my requirements and also react in time to finding me something suitable in a short time. I just moved from the mainland as well. So they helped me get familiar with Hobart areas

Charlotte Peterswald team did a incredible job during my rental process in Sandy Bay. I was away due to my work and Yevonne managed to keep in contact and made it easy for me to be able to rent the place that I wanted. Also, Ruth has being the property manager since I rented the unit, she always return my question and provide the support I need. I just have good things to say about my experience with Charlotte
