Iv had Charlotte Peterswald look after our property for about 7 years and have found our property manager and other staff iv dealt with to be very efficient, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Any email iv sent is responded to generally within the same day and have taken a great deal of stress out of my day knowing our rental is well managed and looked after. Can’t rate them highly enough.

We cannot recommend Charlotte Peterswald Property Management (CPPM) enough. We were looking for a rental urgently with very challenging circumstances (multiple pets) in a very tight market. Unfamiliar with the process, CPPM very patiently guided us through application and helped us secure an ideal property that now means our pets get to stay with us.
