I have been using Charlotte Peterswald to manage an investment property for me for a few years now and have always found them easy to deal with and have done their utmost to keep me informed and up to date with what is going on with my property which is good as well because I live interstate. Charlotte Peterswald property management fees are reasonable and they have always managed to find new renters promptly when needed, giving me a list of renters to chose from with recommendations as to which is the best applicant. I would have no hesitation in recommending Charlotte Peterswald to my friends.
