Responsive
We are a corporate client and have a tenant staying in one of Charlotte Peterswald's managed properties. As someone who needs to be on call myself 24/7, I dreaded making an after hours call on a Saturday morning because I know what that is like. However, Liz immediately took my call and took over the issue with efficiency and professionalism and I felt completely confident our issue would be taken care of.

The staff at CPPM are very professional and approachable. They also have a 'can do attitude' which means nothing is an issue and if issues arise they are quick to fix them. Great property managers.

Had a complain about the neighbor but no reply
Trying to contact the property manager about an issue with the neighbor but doesn't seem to bother. They seems to be alive, when the need something from us.
