We recently had issues with our tenants who wanted to break their lease & in the process of dealing with them discovered a water leak that resulted in an extensive repair (fortunately covered by insurance). The tenants broke the lease & through this and whilst the repairs were happening we had great communication and support from Adam at CPPM who helped guide us through the whole process, minimising any lost income and quickly securing new tenants (at a higher rent) once the property became available. CPPM have managed the property for many years now and we are very happy with their service.

Charlotte Peterswald Property Management has been looking after our property for more than 10 years now and we have never had any trouble in regards to tenants or other issues. They are always very respectful, timely and accurate in all aspects of looking after the property. Throughout this difficult COVID time they have looked after both tenants and landlord and made sure that everyone was treated in a fair manner, taking both sides into account.
