Very professional and helpful agency
Charlotte Peterswald Property Management have managed our investment property in North Hobart since we purchased it in 2015. They have just leased it for us for the 3rd time . They ensured there was no period of vacancy between tenants. We have found them to be very knowledgeable about the market and have real skill in selecting great tenants. As a result we have never had any problems with tenants or our property- They inspect our property regularly and ensure we are fully informed about its condition and any maintenance issues. We have always found Charlotte Peterswald Property Management extremely professional and easy to deal with.
