We have used Charlotte Peterswald Property Management to manage our rental property since 2009. The reason we have stayed with them is their responsiveness to us and our tenants. They demonstrated a thorough vetting process and found us good tenants. Concerns and repairs have been addressed professionally and promptly. Overall the experience was very good - I would give 4.5 stars if that were possible. I have arrived from overseas, and the agency were accommodating of the fact that I could not immediately provide them with all of the information that they required, and I appreciated that. Rental properties in Hobart are very expensive indeed, though CPM cannot be blamed entirely. The online description of the property was good, and the inspection was well managed. The process of managing the bond was efficient. The information relating to connecting the electricity and internet were largely very good. The process of managing the inventory and condition of the property was good - though there is still an outstanding repair needed to the property and I have not yet been told how this will be dealt with (though it is now only 7 days after I received the keys).
