Rose has been amazing.
Living in Melbourne some of the proceeses have been difficult for us to manage. Rose has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was completed.

Good to deal with
I found Rose and the staff at Charlotte Peterswald very professional and good to work with. Living away from Hobart it was challenging to get things done and Rose was very helpful in organising tradespeople to get it on the rental market.

Efficient Agent
The agent reacts quickly and effectively to handle the concerns of the tenants, the staffs are friendly andhelpful, which is very good. While it will be better to completely assess and inspect the rental property before tenants move in, so that to ensure all the things in the property are in good condition.
