In regards to the sale of our house in Parkinson QLD the Communication about presentation of our house was very helpful. Video and photography was extremely well done, which I believe helped to bring so much interest in the house. We would not hesitate to use Philip again.

Philip did a great job for us with a difficult negotiation scenario where we had to juggle between the existing tenant and the new owner ? We were hoping for an investor to buy so our tenant could stay put but it didn't turn out this way. Philip did a great job negotiating a higher sale price for us but we would have liked MORE communication as at several points we did not know what the situation was which was very frustrating for us. Overall a good result so thank you Philip. We chose a Solicitor who was also difficult to communicate with as they had not one but four people involved in the process !
