As a local resident for over 40 years I have been involved in the Real Estate Industry for 29 years operating from the same premises. The business I now own had its humble beginning in 1935, established by Bert & Stewart Maddern it traded as Maddern Estate Agency for a number of years. Purchased by my father Ossie Craggs in 1977 and subsequently purchased by myself in 1997. As a proud owner of this business for 19 years I have aligned myself with the Ray White Franchise, which is over a 100 year old family company. This provides me with a huge network spanning Australia to New Zealand and Asia together with superior technology. The advantage of you the client is the combination of intimate local knowledge together with a powerful international advantage. The way we do business has certainly changed but our values haven't, we still believe that our relationships with our clients and customers is paramount together with all important end result we produce to them. This business has been involved in literally thousands of successful Real Estate transactions in the area and we are still constantly focused on improving our service and adapting to the changing dynamic world of Real Estate. I personally have achieved many successful sales in Real Estate and this has placed me within the top 10% of Real Estate salespeople in the South Australian market place.
