Honest and authentic agent
I was more than happy with Vince Cosentino as my agent. He handled every transaction with potential buyers with skill and wisdom. He is a very likeable and personable person and refreshingly respectful and honest. I felt that I was in control of the sale and was happy to accept any suggestion or guidance from Vince. I did not feel I was being pushed to make any decision and felt respected when I declined offers for the property, and this was important to me. I would definitely use Vince and Crasto Properties again for future sales.

Excellent Agent!

Persistent's pays off
When we agreed on a market value , Kevin stuck to his guns . If and when you leave all the aspects to area knowledge and trends/ values, you can rely on Kevin and his friendly team to do the right thing. Smooth Sales process
As absentee property owners, Kevin helped us to get the property ready for sale which required a work schedule to improve the property. His tradespeople were helpful and quick to do their work and the house dresser did an excellent job. The sales price we achieved was just above the amount that we wanted. Overall, it was great to work with Kevin he was responsive and open to discussion. I would definitely recommend him to sell a hinterland property.
