He is able to strike a perfect balance between being a genuine and trustworthy guy, and a confident and charismatic salesman. We felt that we could trust that he was looking out for our best interests. We are aware of real estate agent tactics to condition sellers into believing their home is worth less than it is, in order to achieve a quick sale. We did our own thorough research into the value of our home, and found that Kevin was realistic about the value, yet he sold our house at a price that FAR exceeded our expectations. It's obvious that Kevin has a natural flair for sales and doesn't need to use unethical tactics to achieve great outcomes for sellers.
