My wife and I couldn't have been happier with Kevin and his team. Kevin has a great personality and I found his easy going nature a welcome comfort during the sale process. Kevin has been in the Bonogin community for many years and his knowledge of the market was obviously spot-on. Additionally his extensive understanding of all aspects of rural and semi-rural properties was most helpful during the sale and I'm certain the buyers would also have benefited from this too. His involvement with the community through various events and fund raising drives made my decision to choose Kevin easier. Kevin was very honest and trustworthy, almost to a fault. Everything he spoke about was correct or eventuated. I initially found it hard to fully trust his guidance (In truth I would have felt the same completely trusting any agent), however I decided to follow each and every one of his recommendations, that he wisely and calmly suggested, and I have no regrets with my decision as we were very satisfied with the overall result and with hindsight can see why he advised us in such a way.
