Kevin and his team were excellent in helping us to make the transition into our new home, his work was exemplary in every way - going well beyond our expectations throughout the period from the initial inspection until the final days of settlement. Highly recommended and diligent, responsive to our needs.

Sold several properties through Kevin. He is an extraordinary character and one of life's true gentleman. His business ethic and professionalism is beyond reproach. If you looking for an agent that goes beyond just selling your property at top dollar then you couldn't go past Kevin and his team. Thank Crastos for a seamless sale/s.

Overall we were very happy with Kevin and his team. His approach was always positive and we were satisfied with his marketing strategy which worked well. We did feel we could have received more feedback regarding offers initially but we’re happy with the quick sale and satisfactory price.

From the moment we arrived at the front door our what would be our new home at the first inspection, Kevin was friendly and approachable. His calm demeanour just made us feel comfortable and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

My wife and I couldn't have been happier with Kevin and his team. Kevin has a great personality and I found his easy going nature a welcome comfort during the sale process. Kevin has been in the Bonogin community for many years and his knowledge of the market was obviously spot-on. Additionally his extensive understanding of all aspects of rural and semi-rural properties was most helpful during the sale and I'm certain the buyers would also have benefited from this too. His involvement with the community through various events and fund raising drives made my decision to choose Kevin easier. Kevin was very honest and trustworthy, almost to a fault. Everything he spoke about was correct or eventuated. I initially found it hard to fully trust his guidance (In truth I would have felt the same completely trusting any agent), however I decided to follow each and every one of his recommendations, that he wisely and calmly suggested, and I have no regrets with my decision as we were very satisfied with the overall result and with hindsight can see why he advised us in such a way.

Kevin and his team were as professional, efficient and supportive in selling our property as they were when they helped us buy a property. The Crasto team make real estate an enjoyable experience.

Kevin and his team were absolutely on top of their game throughout the whole property purchase experience. He has a great understanding of the local market, and he and his team were a pleasure to deal with, every step of the way.

Kevin was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable of the area and was able to inform us of any information we required. Happy to recommend Kevin and his team to anyone looking for real estate in the Gold Coast Hinterland area.

If you want Australia’s best real estate agent and not just the Gold Coast or Queensland’s, please do yourself a favour and choose Kevin Crasto to take care of you. After my mother passed away, I was at my absolute lowest and where other agents would have easily taken advantage of me, he helped to pick me up and guide me through the whole process. Every other estate agent I have ever had over the years prior to Kevin Crasto all treated me exactly the same way. They will tell you anything you want to hear and fall all over you right up until the point where you sign with them and then after they have you on contract, they will ignore you and walk all over you in favour of any potential buyers with the cash. From day one, Kevin was always friendly, helpful and truthful and went well above and beyond what any other person has ever done for me, let alone a real estate agent. He knows how to read the market at the time and will guide you and tell you exactly what you need to do to maximise your homes best sales potential and to get you the best possible sale price. Even well after the sale of my home, he still takes the time to answer my calls and reply to my emails to help and guide me with any enquiries. And even today he is the same wonderful guy that he was from the very beginning when I really needed him. I can never thank him enough for what he has done for me and not just as an agent, but now as a friend.

Kevin matched me to my beautiful new home which was an off market sale. Kevin is incredibly professional, kind, transparent and by far the most trustworthy agent I have dealt with. As a buyer dealing with the vendors agents the experience was exceptional and he went out of his way to help me with flexible settlement times. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone and I look forward to using him for my own property transactions in the future as his service can only be described as Elite.
