My husband and I have purchased a few properties together over the last 15 years, however none quite as important as this one- our first family home! We arrived at the open house and were greeted by Phil at the front door. We knew from the minute we walked into the house for the first time it would be ours! Phil was incredibly generous with his time, answering and returning calls after hours and on weekends. He was always happy and approachable.
