Margaret, recognised what our hopes and wishes were for a new home on our first meeting and had a couple of immediate recommendations, one of which was ideal. Having recently moved to Newcastle, we had been casually looking for a year and actively searching for a couple of months but had been unable to locate a property that would match up with our expectations.
