Phil from Crawfords Real Estate was very punctual, explained the contract to me, my rights and responsibilities, and his. The open houses went ahead every weekend and my property was well promoted. I didn't listen at first and started too high but eventually I agreed on a price that then enabled a sale. Phil was nothing but professional, he listened and was never judgemental. Buying a house, as with selling one, can be a very emotional experience as well as being stressful, financially important, and full of complicating factors. Phil doesn't just say he gets that, he follows through on the details that matter to you and to his vendor. It's hard to express his genuine commitment without sounding corny. I think I would say 'old-fashioned', as the highest order compliment, because he represents the values we hope have not passed.
