Right from the day we contacted Margaret about the intention to sell our duplex, Margaret listened. She knew we had a little work to do but got things in order ready to proceed once the work was complete. When we were ready to proceed Margaret came back to us having done her research on the area outlining sale price of comparable dwellings and indicating her expectations of a sale price. With formalities completed, the advertising campaign started. From going on the market with listing on the internet to settlement day, eleven days later, (yes 11 days) we had settled on the sale and had the money in our account. The sale process was faultless and information flow seamless. We were kept well informed of each and every offer, almost in a running commentary as the offers were received. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. A great result all round. The purchaser is ecstatic with her purchase which we are sure her enthusiasm to purchase was helped by the professional approach to the sales process by Margaret.
