Margaret showed us the house “off market” and I think that we were the first and only ones to look at it. It is a perfect house for us, the price guide was sensible. We made one offer and said it would be our only offer. It was accepted and so it was very simple and easy for us. Margaret had obviously listened to our requirements and she knew that this property would meet all our needs. She was very professional, a good and speedy communicator, passionate and extremely knowledgeable about the area. It was a real pleasure doing business with her. This then led to us entrusting her with the sale of our old house.

With Covid lock downs I never meet Phil personally- had a lot of phone calls and emails keeping me up to date on all aspects of the sale of property. My sale didn’t run smooth (1st buyer caused problems) Phil supported me with my solicitor to achieve a great end result at the end. If it wasn’t for Phil’s perseverance and knowledge I think the property wouldn’t sold so quickly 2nd time. Phil did a wonderful job - over and above I think anyone else would have done for me. Having sold 4 houses in my life. I would have to say that selling with Phill from Crawfords Realestate has been the best experience that I have had.
