Phil worked tirelessly to successfully market our house in these uncertain COVID times. I found him to be conscientious, sincere and down to earth. Phil Swan presented himself to us as a very calm and professional person but after few inspections it was clear he did loose interested and we were not one of his priorities. His mannerism changed . He put an inexperienced salesman to our open houses, spoke rudely to us on multiple occasions. At the end as soon as we got an offer he started to harrassing us with phone calls all related to absurd requests from the buyers. Those phone calls were even witnessed by our solicitor and deemed inappropriate.
