Great service, timely responses and considerate agent
Tyler at the Creer team looks after 2 tenancies for me. Very happy with the service I receive from him. He is always responsive on emails and telephone which is very important to me. Takes a proactive approach to managing the tenancies rather than passively waiting for issues to arise. He has at times gone above and beyond where there have been issues needing to be resolved which has ensured 1) the tenant remains happy and satisfied and 2) there has been no real burden on me beyond what I'd reasonably expect. I'd be happy to recommend Tyler and Creer to anyone and would use them for future tenancies if this level of service is maintained. Beyond property management, placement of quality tenants has also been very good.

Great communication and energy.
I know that Breanna has many properties to manage, but she always finds time to communicate and offer suggestions on an appropriate path to take and promptly implements whatever action is required. Nothing is ever a problem. Breannas enthusiasm and professionalism is a credit to herself and Creer.
