Growing up with a family Real Estate Business around me, I developed a lifelong passion for property. I graduated with a Bachelor of Land Economics in 1990 and now draw on over 25 years’ residential and commercial property experience with a strong focus on the North Shore of Sydney. Croll Real Estate was established in 1904 and has a deep rooted history in the area; in 2002 I took over as Managing Director and have since focused on building genuine long term business relationships based on trust. My personal sales whilst with Croll Real Estate have averaged 40 transactions per year across a broad range of property including luxury residences, homes, apartment blocks, units and commercial premises. In 2015 supported by the team I sold 118 Milson Road, Cremorne Point for $9,890,000 (the highest price for a property in Cremorne, Cremorne Point and Neutral Bay for 2015) and during the prior year, I sold 8 apartment blocks for over $33,000,000. I am fortunate to be supported by a dedicated team of 20 property professionals and together we have doubled the business in size over the past decade. I have dedicated considerable resources to improving our systems and The Real Estate Institute recently ranked us in the top 5% of agents for efficiency. An example of how this benefits our clients is the implementation of a portal where clients can access the progress of their property sale or management.
