I am a first-time home buyer and although my bank made things very difficult, Janice was there by my side the whole way- Keeping me informed and calm and communicating with brokers and conveyancers to get the job done. Her knowledge of the market and local area gave me confidence in purchasing. In this current market, a lot of agents don’t have time for buyers but this was not the case with Janice. She was helpful, reliable and contactable quickly. She made a very stressful time a lot easier and I would not hesitate to go through her in future.
