As an interstate investor, and unable to view the property in person, it was important for me to see the property. Janice and I worked together to arrange a suitable time we would both be available so she could walk through the property via video link. Janice recently sold one of my investment properties and I couldn't be happier with the way it went. Janice is seriously the best Agent I've ever had dealings with. She's friendly, flexible, honest and upfront. As a shift worker, I'm not always available during office hours but Janice was great at keeping me informed with txts an emails. She gave me great advice on price to expect and she was spot on. Ian was amazing, we sold our house long distance and Ian made everything so easy. Price was spot on, service was fantastic, rung him up on the Tuesday and he went out to evaluate the house the same day. Wednesday we got our sellers agreement, signed and sent back. Thursday photographer went out and took pictures, open house advertised for the Saturday. Saturday afternoon people wanted to come back and re look at the house and the house was sold.
