Danni is excellent and I can not recommend her enough. She sold our property on the first weekend it hit the market at a record price. We were totally blown away. She had her finger on the pulse and kept us informed all the way. She is extremely professional and has excellent communication skills. She really knows how to engage with you as a seller, and that was particularly important to me as it hasn't always been my experience with some other real estate agents. Another plus for me was her knowledge of the market, she knows what she is talking about and provides great guidance to you as a seller.

Mike helped us in selling the house with in 2-3 weeks timeframe, we listed last year with some other agency and it was a terrible experience to say the least. Mike and his team are professional bunch and they will get the job done for you with no hassle at all. All the best Mike and thanks!

After missing the initial inspection for a house I was keen on because I'd accidentally double booked inspections, Danni was lovely and accommodating and let me view the place even though I was running late. Lucky she went above and beyond to help me view the place, otherwise I might have missed out! She was warm, friendly, professional and told me lots about the neighbourhood and what it is like to live out at Ipswich, as I am moving from Brisbane and am unfamiliar with the area. There were no mind games or being stuffed around which was refreshing, as I'd unfortunately experienced this with a couple of agents in Brisbane previously. Danni was upfront, kind, a clear communicator and made the process of buying my first home much less stressful than I thought it would be. She also filled me in on the local public transport options, schools and more. Being a nervous first home buyer, I feel very grateful to have dealt with such a warm, knowledgeable and cooperative agent - thanks, Danni!

Mike was great to deal with from the open home to the settlement day, He was very patient walking us through the process and answering all of the questions we had. We would happily recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy or sell a home to make the process a breeze.

We have just sold our investment dual key property through Mike Jones from Crown Real Estate. We found Mike and his team extremely helpful from the moment we first made contact to the sale of our property. Mike ensured everything went through smoothly and efficiently. We still can't believe how quickly the property sold and at a good price. It is also worth noting his ability to liaise with our current tenants in the selling process ensuring that every effort was made to minimise any disruption or inconvenience. We would have no hesitation to recommend Mike Jones and Crown Real Estate to any future buyers or sellers. Lynne & Scott

Kay was very proffessional and showed a care factor when engaging her services, she actually listened to what we wanted and needed. From there her services were executed and she went 100% to get this done and achieved. Our final outcome was the smooth transition from listing on the market to the point of a successful sale and outcome. Marisa and Andrew Bolton.

This was our first time buying a house and we were greeted by Kirsty at the inspection. She was so professional, sweet and really honest with everything about the property. She had the same vision that we had and has been so helpful throughout the whole process. Lisa was also an incredible help, both ladies were so friendly and approachable, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience during this very special time in our lives!! Thank you Crowne team for being a part of this process, for being so transparent and kind with every interaction. This is the best experience we have ever had with a real estate team, they genuinely care about both the sellers and the buyers needs and we’re so reassuring for every step. So pleased to share this with them. Thank you!!

Jenni is the most professional and reliable agent I have ever dealt with. She put a lot of effort and time to sell our investment property at the best price. Being an interstate investor she made selling an easy to quick process for us on time and clear communications. Thank you Jenni. You are great..
